Your key responsibilities

Discover bespoke rituals using Irene Forte Skincare’s award-winning vegan products (Manicurist, Davines), innovative therapies with volcanic stones and quartz, and advanced technologies including LYMA Laser Pro and Tri Energy.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Perform all guest care and treatments offered in our Spa Brochure
• Deliver outstanding customer service and care to our guests
• Ensure guest expectations are met at all times, making them feel pampered
• Communicate naturally and effectively
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel and our products
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals

The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible rota, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, supporting our business needs over 5 working days and totaling 39 hours per week.
