The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role modeling a coaching culture within management.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with every dish prepared to high standards, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Ensure your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards are maintained; understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
