Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent.
  • Ensuring an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety, and empowering your team with necessary skills and mindset.
  • Maintaining impeccable kitchen standards in food, health, and safety, and understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Building a coaching culture within your team through recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
