As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to be their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish is prepared to exceptional standards, whether through your efforts or by empowering your team.
- Have experience in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards in your kitchen, understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
- Focus on building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
What we look for |
- An individual with experience leading a kitchen team as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- A strong communicator who engages in genuine conversations, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
- Experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
- Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
- Experience managing labour costs, adapting to changing demands.
- An inspiring leader who motivates their team to flourish in their roles and careers.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and belongs.
- A proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.
