Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Need To Do:

  • Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team development.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions when necessary.

What We Look For:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a caring and considerate approach.
  • Experience maintaining high standards in food, health, safety, and financial performance.
  • Ability to manage labour costs and adapt to changing demands.
