Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Bring

  • Dedication to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards and your team is well-equipped.
  • Experience in maintaining high standards for food, health, and safety, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • A commitment to fostering personal and professional growth within your team.
  • A proactive problem solver who can think quickly and make effective decisions.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with your team with care and consideration.
  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards for food safety and cleanliness.
  • Understanding of financial performance metrics such as GP and stock control.
  • Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate your team, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
  • Forward-thinking and decisive.
