RB Holdings is seeking a Head Sommelier for the Upper Floor Restaurant team at 5 Hertford Street in London. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional wine experience, leading the wine programme, and driving sales through expert recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or Head Sommelier in hospitality or private club.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong wine knowledge with ability to make informed recommendations and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional wine experience for members and guests with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Lead and develop the club's wine programme, including list management, stock control and staff training.
• Drive wine sales through knowledgeable upselling and tailored guest recommendations.
• Oversee wine presentation, cellar operations and accurate billing while supporting the wider restaurant team.
