About the Role: Your Impact as Head Host As our Head Host, you are the crucial first and last impression for every guest, setting the stage for their entire Radio Rooftop experience. This dynamic and pivotal role requires someone who is not only incredibly organised and vigilant but also possesses exceptional interpersonal skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·Leading the Welcome: Warmly greeting and seating all guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow from arrival to their designated table or area.

·Reservation Management: Expertly managing all incoming reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists, optimizing table turns, and maximizing seating capacity, especially during peak hours.

·Guest Flow & Directing: During our very busy periods, you'll be highly organized and proactive in directing guests to the right tables and areas, ensuring seamless operation and preventing bottlenecks.

·Team Leadership & Mentorship: Taking responsibility for managing, motivating, and guiding our dedicated team of door hosts, ensuring they deliver consistent, first-class service. This includes training, scheduling assistance, and performance oversight.

·Problem Solving: Skilfully handling guest inquiries, special requests, and any seating challenges with grace and efficiency, always aiming to exceed expectations.

·Venue Presentation: Ensuring the reception area and entrance consistently reflect Radio Rooftop's prestigious standards.

·Communication Hub: Acting as a key communication link between the front door, floor staff, and management to ensure all guest needs and operational requirements are met.
