There is a new opportunity in a fast-growing Investments firm in Mayfair for a Reception Supervisor.

You will lead a team of 3 Receptionists, ensuring excellent client service to internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves managing meeting room allocations, liaising with the hospitality team for refreshments, meeting visitors, and planning for busy times, including covering for sickness or holidays.

As the Head Receptionist, you will recruit, train, support, and review your team, with a hands-on approach and a passion for client service.

Experience in Reception supervisory roles, preferably within the Investments sector, is essential.
