The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is now recruiting a Head Receptionist to work within our team
About the role
The Head Receptionist will be responsible in the absence of the Reception Manager, primarily in ensuring that Reception shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Reception staff and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times.
- The role will involve checking guests in and out, dealing with emails, supporting and developing the other reception staff.

We have 135 bedrooms, 4 function suites which cater for up to 450 people and 7 multi-functional conference rooms. We have a courtyard Restaurant and bar, a tea shop and a pub on site as well as a spa and gym.
