GSK is seeking a Communications and Strategy lead to support our R&D priorities in the Office of the Chief Scientific Officer. You will advance our scientific vision, craft clear stories, and share progress with senior leaders and external audiences.

Based at GSK HQ London with hybrid arrangements across Stevenage and international sites, the role offers leadership growth, cross‑functional collaboration, and the chance to influence strategic communications across R&D.

Qualificações

• Degree in life sciences, communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ strategic communications experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharma.
• Ability to translate complex scientific topics into clear, engaging messages.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams to set objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to scientific audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior R&D leaders to progress priorities and deliver communications plans.
• Develop strategies explaining scientific goals, progress, impact to Board and external audiences.
• Create narratives translating complex science into clear, motivating stories.
• Lead preparation and support for senior spokespeople with talking points, presentations, media briefings.
• Partner with Corporate Media, Digital, and Internal Communications for coordinated outreach.
