Role Overview

As the Head of a core Value Stream at TSB, you’ll drive technology and strategic leadership, partnering with teams to transform products and experiences. Using an agile approach, you’ll shape the future of banking, champion growth, and manage portfolios. Collaborating with stakeholders and other Product Owners, you’ll prioritize requirements and craft a compelling product vision and roadmap, inspiring teams to revolutionize customer service.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
• Champion agile practices for dynamic delivery.
• Mentor stakeholders, direct reports, and cross-functional teams.
