More about the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and delivery of all food items: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, staff lunch, and event menus
• Report any food safety or health and safety issues immediately
• Minimize and record all food wastage
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen in collaboration with KP/G.A
• Produce all bread, pastry, baked goods, and sweet products
• Create and update all recipes for the pastry section
