We’re hiring an experienced and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead the dessert program for an exciting new high-end Pan-Asian restaurant launching in Central London this September.

This premium dining destination will celebrate vibrant Pan-Asian flavours with a modern twist, and desserts will play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience.

The Role – Head Pastry Chef

As Head Pastry Chef, you will:

Lead all pastry operations for a major new restaurant opening

Create an original, Asian-inspired dessert menu, fusing traditional ingredients with modern pastry techniques

Oversee the full production process – from concept development to execution and plating

Recruit, train, and manage a skilled pastry team to ensure precision, creativity, and consistency

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, high-quality service

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in a fine dining or luxury Pan-Asian/Asian-fusion concept

A strong understanding of Asian flavours, ingredients, and presentation styles

Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for modern patisserie

Experience in restaurant pre-openings and team leadership

Organised, driven, and calm under pressure
