You will play a central role in shaping the afternoon tea menu,dessert menu, amenities, overall management of the pastry kitchen operations,and contributing to the success of our culinary offerings.
As a Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for asmall team of 3 and will be reporting to the Executive Head Chef.
