Qualifications

We are recruiting for an exceptional Pastry Sous Chef / Head Chef to join the kitchen team of an exciting restaurant opening located in the heart of Shoreditch, London. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of London’s most exciting Michelin star group known for its reputation and accolades.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to £60,000 per annum (according to experience)
  • New opening – aiming for 1* Michelin
  • Modern Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine with an emphasis on open-fire cooking, in-house butchery, dry-aged meats, and line-caught seafood

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for a driven and passionate Pastry Sous Chef / Head Chef with a consistent background in Michelin-starred or AA Rosette restaurants. You must have a keen eye for detail, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and team management. A love for Mediterranean desserts and innovative cooking techniques is essential. Ideally, basic knowledge in all areas of pastry: lamination, chocolate tempering, fermentation, etc.
