About you…
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in a senior-level pastry role, with a strong focus on modern, elevated techniques.

  • A true culinary leader, with a calm confidence that uplifts and inspires your team.

  • You’re passionate about sustainability, deeply knowledgeable in pastry, and endlessly curious about global flavour trends.

  • Menu development is your playground—you know how to turn local produce into world-class creations.

  • Clear communicator, organized and solution-driven, with an eye for every detail.

  • A degree or diploma in culinary or pastry arts is a bonus.

  • You’re flexible, driven, and thriving in the ever-changing pace of a 24/7 kitchen.
