What you will do as a Head Pastry Chef

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the pastry team to consistently deliver high-quality products.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of pastry team members to ensure continuous skill enhancement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with Hyatt's values of care and inclusivity.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support career growth for team members.
  • Develop and execute innovative and seasonal pastry menus that align with the hotel identity.
