We have a great development opportunity at The Cavendish Hotel Baslow for a Head Pastry Chef with aspirations to progress with an employer who will support you every step of the way.
You will work a 4-day week.
In addition to your salary, you will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your monthly pay by up to £194 on average.
You will work across two kitchens: a 1 AA Rosette Brasserie and a 3 AA Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of all food offerings.
Your duties will include food preparation, stock control, cleaning, and menu input. The role is hands-on and will provide the successful candidate with exceptional experience in the restaurant industry. You will also have the opportunity to spend time in the kitchen garden.
The Hotel is a 4 AA Red Star property located amidst the beautiful Derbyshire Dales.
