• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Omakase Chef preferably in a high-volume restaurant or sushi bar.

• Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sushi knives safely.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Full ownership in your role.
• Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
• Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards.
• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
• Train and mentor junior sushi chefs, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to standards.
