Job summary

Wellfield Academy in Leyland is seeking a Head of Year to support students with pastoral care and behaviour, helping them progress academically and socially. You will work within a caring team to promote safeguarding and student welfare, ensuring a positive school experience.

The role is full-time (37 hrs), permanent and term time only plus two weeks. Applicants should show initiative, flexibility and a passion for helping children achieve their best.

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive individual with a passion for working with children, who has a commitment to ensure that all children make the best possible progress in their academic, social and independent skills.
