Job Title: Head of Year

Salary: £48,149 - £55,755 per annum - SF2

The Role

We are seeking two dedicated and passionate Heads of Year to lead and support one of our year groups at the newly opened UCB Sixth Form. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming student outcomes, ensuring that each student is supported in achieving their full potential and progressing towards a successful future.

You will have a strong understanding of the A-level curriculum and the unique challenges it presents. Your focus will be on helping students develop the skills they need to thrive academically and personally. We are looking for individuals who are optimistic and committed to supporting students as they explore pathways to University, apprenticeships, or employment.
