Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Head of Workplace Technology to lead and evolve this critical function. You will transform an operational area into an engineering-led organisation that embraces automation, scalability and continuous improvement, impacting over 3,000 colleagues.

You will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery across endpoint technology, IT support and workplace infrastructure, collaborating with Cyber Security and Digital Foundation to deliver secure and seamless employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workplace Technology, Corporate IT, End User Computing or Digital Employee Experience teams.
• Experience supporting organisations of roughly 1,000 to 5,000 employees.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management, workplace platforms and employee technology services.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Workplace Technology across ASOS.
• Lead teams responsible for endpoint technology, IT support and workplace infrastructure.
• Transform traditional IT operations into an engineering-led, product-focused capability.
• Drive automation through modern approaches and scalable platform management.
