Metroline is looking for a Head of Workplace SHEQ, a strategic role ensuring compliance and leadership in health, safety, environmental standards, and quality. This position involves developing SHEQ policies, overseeing compliance, and managing a team of SHEQ experts while collaborating closely with senior management to promote safety across operations.

We are pleased to invite internal applications for the role of Head of Workplace SHEQ. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for shaping and overseeing Metroline’s approach to workplace safety, health, environmental compliance, and quality standards.
The successful candidate will lead the implementation of Metroline’s integrated SHEQ management systems across all premises, ensuring full statutory compliance, effective contractor oversight, and visible leadership on key workplace safety matters including fire risk, environmental impact, and estate maintenance obligations.
