Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking a Head of Network Services (Water) to lead its operational network teams, ensuring safe, reliable water services and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Water Service Delivery leadership and integrates with Customer Distribution & Collections across Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will drive transformation, shape operating models, and balance customer needs with regulatory and financial goals, while fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Significant experience in the water industry or a similarly regulated environment.
• Experience leading large operational teams and delivering results.
• Collaborative leadership style that empowers and develops people.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational network teams to keep water flowing and ensure quality.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build resilient networks and plan for future demand and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Asset Management, Water Production and support teams to deliver outcomes.
