A UK-based financial services firm is seeking a Head of Volume Personal Lines to lead their Community Broking team in Swansea. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on client service, with responsibilities including strategy development and team motivation. Ideal candidates will hold relevant insurance qualifications and have a background in insurance management. Benefits include private medical insurance and a pension scheme.
Salary: Circa £60,000.00 (depending on experience). Working hours: 35 hours per week. Duration: Permanent. Location: South Wales.
