Sitting in the heart of the Copr Bay development, Swansea Building Society Arena is a landmark 3,500 capacity multi-purpose indoor arena which opened its doors in March 2022. Hosting some of the most recognised names in live music, comedy and theatre, the fully-modular arena also hosts e-sports, conferences and events.
The Head of Venue Operations, reporting to the Venue Director and a member of the senior leadership team, will oversee the day-to-day running of the Arena on an operational basis. Working within strict staffing budgets and retail KPIs, you will create a first-class customer experience for visitors attending performances, conferences, and events. You will be responsible for the Customer Experience and Food & Beverage teams, managing a key income stream, and working collaboratively to maximize opportunities while delighting audiences and maintaining all relevant health and safety standards.
