Join a forward-thinking team within the Parliamentary Digital Service as the Head of Value Stream Portfolio. The Opportunity
The Head of Value Stream Portfolio plays a critical leadership role within the Parliamentary Digital Service (PDS), overseeing the planning, management, and continuous improvement of Value Stream delivery to meet diverse user needs, while aligning with strategic objectives.
These roles operate as core members of the Digital Delivery leadership team, reporting to one of the Directors of Digital Delivery and playing a significant role in leading and promoting greater delivery capability across the entire Digital Service.

About The Team
The Digital Delivery team is a new function in the Parliamentary Digital Service, bringing together the capabilities needed from across PDS to form lean, collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams that manage the full lifecycle of our products. Organised into Value Streams that align with Parliament’s business capabilities, our work reflects the breadth of Parliament’s impact. The teams formed around our products work with an agile mindset, embodying our vision of: Working with integrity to deliver high quality outcomes at pace. Interviews: An Assessment Centre will take place on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd July in Westminster. Please ensure you will be available to attend a three-part assessment on either the 21st or 22nd July. The assessment will take approx. 4 hours (including breaks) and will involve a Test, Scenario and Interview with a Presentation.
Format: Assessment + Panel Interview (On-Site)
