Job summary

Qualifications

• A good honours degree (or equivalent experience).
• Significant experience in developing recruitment strategies in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of the HE student recruitment lifecycle and planning lead generation activity.
• Experience working with schools and colleges at senior level and managing large events.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Proven leadership of a high-performing diverse team.
• Strong project management and budget delivery experience.
• Experience collaborating across a complex organisation on interdisciplinary projects.
• Extensive experience planning and managing a large budget.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and empower a high-performing Lead Generation team; monitor performance.
• Develop and oversee the Lead Generation strategic plan aligned with CER vision.
• Oversee activities to recruit high-quality undergrad/postgrad students from the UK.
• Provide reports with ROI using monitoring tools.
• Build networks with schools and external partners; lead sector practices.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities; maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure knowledge of sector guidance and policy and implement changes.
• Manage lead generation budget for best value and innovation.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing across lead generation activity.
• Engage in cross-departmental projects and participate in events.
