Job Description

· Understand the range of products available and which products to focus on in the UK market.

· Create and deliver the sales and market development strategy.

· Coordinate with different departments in the parent organisation to ensure operational efficiency.

· Develop sales leads and build lasting relationships.

· Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistency across operations.

· Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the business.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Report to the board and provide regular updates on market development and sales performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of UK Sales Operations should have:

· Proven experience in technical sales within the electrical manufacturing sector.

· Experience of creating and delivering a sales strategy for electrical products in a new geographical market.

· Experience selling highly technical electrical products into manufacturers and end users.
