Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives and commercial goals.

  3. Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
  4. Own the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI tracking.
  5. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Global teams to drive launches, calendar planning & execution.
  6. Monitor key business growth indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
  7. Share best practices and campaign learnings across global distributor markets to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements include 7+ years of marketing experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry, strong understanding of UK retail and e-commerce landscapes, success in brand building, campaign execution, team leadership, budget management, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and experience managing agencies and external partners.
