An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned and driven Head of Treasury to join a fast-growing, PE-backed organisation. This senior role offers significant scope to shape and lead a Group Treasury function within a dynamic and evolving corporate environment.

Reporting to: Director of Treasury

The Head of Treasury will play a key leadership role, working alongside the Director of Treasury to deliver large-scale strategic initiatives and manage a high-performing, efficient Treasury function. The role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the group, driving change and supporting continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the evolution of a best-in-class Group Treasury function within a complex, fast-paced group structure.
• Lead strategic projects across debt structuring, investment strategy, market risk, and cash optimisation.
• Expand Treasury’s capabilities to meet the group’s expanding needs effectively and efficiently.
• Manage the group’s debt funding arrangements within legal and financial frameworks.
• Drive short and medium-term liquidity planning and management.
• Oversee market risk management, hedging strategies, and financial reporting.
• Lead the management of the group investment portfolio, balancing risk, return, and liquidity.
• Maintain and grow relationships with banks, advisors, and legal partners.
• Manage the Group Intercompany Framework.
• Develop and uphold Treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead and develop a team of Treasury professionals.

We are seeking a Treasury leader who brings:

• Extensive experience in corporate treasury, ideally within a PE-backed, complex organisation.
• Strong technical skills across debt financing, market risk, investment strategy, and liquidity management.
• A strategic and commercially focused mindset with the ability to deliver transformation.
• A proven track record of driving change and implementing robust treasury processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
