The role:
As a senior leader in the role of Head of Transformation you will lead the development and execution of transformation initiatives across the Engineering & Maintenance function of British Airways. This role will be accountable for developing strategic relationships with leaders from across BA to ensure Engineering transformation works as part of an holistic ecosystem. This role will lead in providing executive coaching on the latest transformation approaches to members of the Engineering leadership team, to align departmental transformations with the overarching organisational goals. A key part of our transformation is delivered in partnership with the Central Transformation team, with the two functions working in unison to unlock levels of value unattainable by each function individually. The Head of Transformation will be accountable for identifying, formulating and driving transformational change across Engineering & Maintenance boundaries, acting as a trusted senior partner to Engineering & Maintenance Directors to drive transformational change from ideation to delivery by applying industry leading transformation techniques to enable our aspiration to Build a Better BA.
