Head of Finance Transformation | Kent (Hybrid)

12-month Fixed Term Contract or Day Rate (Outside IR35) JANUARY 2026 START

Drive the modernisation of a finance function and shape how finance supports the business.

This is a senior transformation role partnering closely with the CFO, focused on systems, processes, data and insight as opposed to day to day accounting. You’ll enable a smarter, faster, digitally enabled finance function through influence and collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver a finance transformation roadmap
• Simplify, standardise and automate core finance processes
• Strengthen reporting, forecasting and analytics capabilities
• Support and enhance FP&A planning and forecasting tools
• Act as a bridge between finance, operations and technology
• Drive adoption of digital tools, dashboards and workflow automation

What you’ll bring

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of finance systems, data flows and automation
• Hands‑on experience supporting FP&A planning tools and models
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change through collaboration
