Overview

Head of Transfer Pricing interim transfer pricing role in London requires an experienced Transfer Pricing Senior Manager or Transfer Pricing Director for this interim transfer pricing job in London.

Reporting to the Head of Tax, the interim Head of Transfer Pricing will commence in early September and lead the transfer pricing function for 6 months, through to Spring 2026. The focus of the role is to continue the existing transfer pricing requirements of the Group, which will include:

• Development of the transfer pricing policy, managing the documentation and CBCR for Pillar 2.
• Partner with the business to identify any business changes which have a transfer pricing impact.
• Integrate an acquisition from a transfer pricing perspective.
• Value chain analysis.
• Support on a project to automate transfer pricing documentation via an IT software.

Requirements / Qualifications

This position is a key part of the leadership team and requires an experienced transfer pricing specialist who has the breadth of policy development to documentation review experience. Being able to work autonomously in order to bring experience and ideas to the transfer pricing function will be well received.

This is a rare, interim transfer pricing role which should be grasped by an immediately available transfer pricing specialist.
