The role
As a Head of Training Systems and Digital Transformation, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role is essential to enhance our digital adoption across the business unit, drive operational excellence, and ensure our digital innovation is aligned to our strategic ambition.
In your day-to-day role, you will be pivotal in advancing technology within the Training Business Unit. This position requires a blend of strategic leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and technical oversight to drive digital transformation and operational excellence in our contractual outputs, while identifying technological requirements for opportunities and growth.
Please note that this position involves travel/working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home. This role requires regular travel across a range of internal and customer sites on a weekly / monthly basis alongside home working arrangements.
