In the new role of Head of Training & Development Services, you will drive forward our rapidly expanding training business, and help raise industry standards across social housing and construction. We need a true innovator who brings experience in shaping and delivering training and development programmes. Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of housing or the wider public sector. The successful candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset with evident strategic and commercial acumen, prioritising customer-led programme design and outstanding service. They will have experience leading teams and a sensitive and enabling leadership style as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
