Job description

Role Overview

As part of our continued growth, we're recruiting for an experienced Estate Agent to join our successful Guildford team.

This is a new role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our town market, with the key objective of strengthening our position and increasing our market share.

Reporting to the Head of Residential, you'll assist with the day-to-day management of the wider sales team, liaise and negotiate with buyers and sellers and ensure that all parties receive exceptional service throughout the process.

This is a 360 - hybrid role, where the successful candidate will be required to list and sell property.
