Job summary

The Head of Transactions at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will support the Team Director of Telecommunications, Media and Technology in delivering the team’s scorecard objectives and sector strategy, while leading origination, structuring and execution of complex debt and equity transactions.

• Extensive experience in Telecommunications, Media & Technology finance and investments.
• Proven track record of leading complex debt and equity transactions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Director in delivering annual scorecard objectives and sector goals.
• Lead origination, structuring and implementation of TMT investments and cross-counterparty transactions.
• Coordinate with Regional Heads and policy teams to advance sector strategy and regulatory dialogue.
• Represent the Bank with major clients, governments and external partners while ensuring high-quality due diligence and documentation.
