Are you passionate about creating unforgettable fan experiences? Warwickshire County Cricket Club, based at the iconic Edgbaston Stadium, is on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary Head of Ticketing & Membership. This is your opportunity to lead the charge in shaping one of the most progressive ticketing and membership programmes in sport.

The impact you’ll make

You’ll be at the heart of a growing movement in cricket, spearheading ticketing strategy and membership innovation at a venue renowned for its energy and atmosphere. From England internationals and The Hundred to County Championship fixtures and beyond, you’ll be responsible for how fans access, enjoy, and stay connected to their club.

You’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver first-class ticketing operations and grow a diverse, loyal membership community. This includes developing pricing strategies, delivering seamless sales journeys, driving digital ticketing innovation, and ensuring every supporter interaction is efficient, inclusive, and memorable.

As a strategic leader, you’ll also oversee supporter services and matchday experience, working collaboratively across departments to raise the bar in customer engagement and operational delivery.

Your skills and experience

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in ticketing, membership, or commercial operations—ideally in sport, live entertainment, or visitor attractions
  • A strong track record of leading teams and delivering ticketing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement
  • In-depth understanding of digital ticketing platforms, CRM systems, and customer service tools
  • An analytical mindset, using data to guide decisions and improve outcomes
  • A fan-first approach and the ability to embed this across every touchpoint
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
