This role is within our BGIUK Technology team, supporting over 22 million customers across 190 countries. As Head of Technology Vendor Management, you’ll lead a team that ensures our technology partnerships deliver outstanding value, performance, and innovation. You’ll shape how we work with over 400 vendors, helping us deliver smarter, more efficient services that support our purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing strategies across BGIUK, including IT resellers, system integrators, and our Centre for Digital Excellence.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure vendor compliance and performance.
  • Drive cost efficiency and oversee technology spend.
  • Identify market trends and emerging technologies for sourcing decisions.
  • Provide senior stakeholders with regular vendor performance reports.
  • Act as a trusted adviser in vendor negotiations and strategic sourcing.
  • Review contracts and statements of work for commercial alignment.
  • Develop standards to assess vendor performance and introduce supplier taxonomy for better analysis.
