Role: Head of Technology Solutions – Order to Cash

Location: Chiswick, London (On-site, Full-time)

Salary: Up to £90,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus + Benefits

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

We’re partnering with a globally recognised consumer goods organisation that is making significant strides in digital transformation across its global functions. With ambitious growth plans and continued investment in technology, this business is looking for a strategic leader to take full ownership of its Order to Cash (O2C) technology solutions globally.

The role:

As Head of Technology Solutions – Order to Cash, you’ll play a critical role in designing, delivering, and optimising digital systems that underpin the entire O2C lifecycle — from order capture and fulfilment through to billing, credit management, and cash collection.

This is a senior leadership position based full-time at the company’s global headquarters in Chiswick, London. You’ll work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, supply chain, and IT teams to define the technology roadmap, implement scalable global solutions, and create real, measurable value across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the global technology strategy and digital roadmap for all systems supporting the Order to Cash process.
  • Design, plan, and implement scalable commercial application solutions that address complex global business needs.
  • Ensure end-to-end lifecycle management of digital services within the O2C domain, from solution architecture through to post-implementation optimisation.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
  • Create Centres of Excellence to support consistency, process optimisation, and innovation across markets.
  • Lead governance processes and establish frameworks to manage project portfolios and drive prioritisation across regions.
  • Ensure integration, user adoption, and performance of systems through structured testing, rollout, and feedback loops.
  • Drive ongoing improvement using data insights and stakeholder engagement to maximise ROI on digital investments.

About you:

  • Proven experience leading global technology or application portfolios, with essential expertise in the full Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of commercial, finance, or supply chain processes and the digital solutions that enable them.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP, CRM, EDI, automation and integration tools).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across matrixed global teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a delivery-focused mindset and passion for operational excellence.
  • Comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity while driving digital innovation and transformation at scale.
