The role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Technology Risk and Delivery Assurance to join our Product Development team. This pivotal role involves translating company-wide and security-related GRC obligations into actionable roadmaps, metrics, and daily activities for the technology team. As the Head of Tech GRC, you will design and implement a framework to embed compliance seamlessly into our product and tech teams, balancing compliance with our development roadmap. This position requires a tech-savvy leader capable of influencing and driving cultural change across the organization.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary owner for GRC initiatives, translating compliance requirements into frameworks, roadmaps, processes, and responsibilities.
  2. Framework Design: Develop and implement a robust GRC framework integrated into team workflows, reporting, and roadmaps.
  3. Collaboration with Tech and Compliance Teams: Build strong partnerships with senior tech and compliance leaders to streamline engagement and alignment.
  4. Metrics and Reporting: Create a metrics-driven approach to monitor and report GRC obligations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  5. Cultural Transformation: Drive a cultural shift to make GRC an integral part of workflows, including automation practices.
  6. Process Integration: Ensure existing processes align with broader ways of working, enhancing GRC positioning.
  7. Advocacy and Influence: Advise senior stakeholders, balancing compliance with technology delivery.
We’re looking for someone with

  • Understanding of Technology Teams: Familiarity with tech teams' workflows and development processes.
