Qualifications

• Deep understanding of EPOS systems, payment technologies, and hardware deployment.
• Proven experience in IT leadership ideally within events, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms and AI applications.
• Experience managing outsourced IT providers and internal tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives including forecasting tools and real-time sales dashboards.
• Pro-actively drive forward new event technology such as frictionless bars and beer walls.
• Build business cases and ROI models for new technology projects and present to the Board.
• Manage Peppermint's fleet of 1000+ EPOS terminals across events and venues.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Liaise with EPOS and payment providers to ensure seamless transactions and uptime.
• Evaluate and implement emerging payment technologies.
