You’ll work across major client programmes, lead from the front on technology direction, and represent the business at a C-level. Role Requirements:
Own and evolve the Salesforce technology strategy to maintain innovation and commercial edge.
Act as a technical advisor at C-level to both internal teams and external clients.
Represent the business across the Salesforce ecosystem, from events to content and community thought leadership.
Guide delivery teams across high-profile engagements, ensuring quality, innovation, and compliance.
Support business development — shaping bids, presales activity, and technical solutioning.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technology Lead on large-scale implementations (ideally public sector).
Expertise across Salesforce architecture, including Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring senior technical teams.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (CTA preferred).
Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models and methodologies.
Background in integrating with complementary tech (Azure, AWS, M365) and legacy systems.
Able to travel for client workshops and Salesforce events (approx. 6 days/month).
Desirable:
Active SC or DV clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
Salesforce certifications in additional specialisms like Public Sector Solutions.
Experience supporting bids under public sector frameworks like G-Cloud, DOS, and TS3.
