England Hockey is seeking a Head of Talent Development (GB & England) to lead the GB Elite Development Programme and England Talent Strategy. Based at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre with hybrid working and substantial national/international travel, this pivotal role shapes the future of international hockey.

You will identify, develop and transition players with the potential to win medals, and build partnerships across GB, England and the international sporting landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve a world‑class GB Elite Development Programme
• Provide strategic oversight of England’s Talent System, including Age Groups, Talent Academies and Talent Club Certification
• Establish a clear and consistent coaching and playing identity across the pathway
• Lead and develop a high‑performing Talent team
• Use data, insight and innovation to drive better player development
• Build strong partnerships across GB, England and the wider international sporting landscape
