  • Create, develop, and champion a Talent program to identify, retain, and develop the best possible talent and future leaders within the organisation.
  • Liaise across divisions to develop buy-in and truly champion talent and talent development.
  • Create alignment between business strategy, organisational culture, and colleagues' experiences.
  • Drive strategic behavioural and process change across the organisation.
  • Manage the execution of Leadership Development programmes.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to build brand equity, displaying creativity and a passion for talent engagement and attraction.
Key Skills
  • You will have worked in similar roles with focus on talent development, performance management, engagement surveys, OD projects, and culture building/initiatives.
  • Ability to successfully work with and navigate a complex multi-cultural organisation, building effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels from Junior to Executive team.
  • Proven experience in project management, leading and driving important OD & Talent Management projects in other businesses.
