About the Role
You will be an integral part of the RELX Talent and Capability COE Leadership Team. You will provide T&C Partnering to Elsevier and all its world-class brands. You'll take ownership of the delivery of the T&C COE strategy and divisional priorities across Learning, Leadership, and People Performance providing an inspiring employee experience to enhance capability and performance. You will also represent the COE on your divisional HR leadership team and in this role ensure both the surfacing of business requirements and delivering COE solutions effectively.
