  • Modernise and lead end-to-end recruitment: Oversee recruitment for all employed and practice-based roles – from nurses to operational teams

  • Transform our team and tools: Build a high-performing, inclusive recruitment team. Introduce smarter, more agile ways of working, and optimise our systems

  • Champion our brand and candidate experience: Bring our employer brand to life

  • Collaborate and influence: Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, People and Commercial teams

What We’re Looking For
  • Collaborative, commercial, and people-focused leader who thrives on driving change

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership – ideally in healthcare or retail

  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen

  • Ideally knowledge of clinical or self-employed talent markets

  • A track record of transforming recruitment teams, systems, and experiences

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior leaders

  • Data literacy and the ability to use insights to drive improvement

  • A passion for inclusion, talent development, and purpose-led culture

  • Car allowance (paid as cash)

  • Family health insurance

  • Pension scheme
