Job description

Location: This role could be based in any of our UK offices - London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Telford with time spent working in the office and at home.

Flexible working: All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share, and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

Salary and benefits: £100,000 to £125,000 plus an indicative bonus range of 30% up to 60%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role:

This is a critical partnership role that will lead on the design and delivery of talent and learning solutions, working as part of our Integrated Talent Journey Team, that drives the People and Business Strategy. The role will provide consultancy, design, and delivery services across the talent and learning lifecycle for Functions or for the Business Units, using their skills, expertise, and knowledge across the breadth of the talent lifecycle. The role will have dual reporting into the HR Director and the Talent Journey Director to ensure business-aligned solutions are created utilizing the full range of skills and expertise across TA, Talent, Development, Leadership, Learning, OD/OE, Performance, and DEI. You will be responsible for developing and delivering solutions to address the business needs and to build strong long-term, diverse talent pipelines. This role requires the individual to be both strategic and operational.

  • A commercial leader with exceptional stakeholder management.
  • Experience delivering talent programmes for different teams.
  • SME knowledge and experience in Learning or Talent.
  • Insight driven, experience using data to influence and report.
